Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price as well as shipping. The restocking fee and shipping will also be applied to undeliverable products.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether or not your return is eligible for store credit. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to have Store Credit. If your return is approved, your store credit will be processed immediately and will be immediately available. Your store credit can be used for anything in the WoyStore. Gift cards, health and personal care items are non-returnable.
