All Sales Final. Instead, returned items that are unused, unopened, undamaged and in the original packaging are eligible for store credit. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Please notify us within 14 days of receipt of your purchase of any issues with the product. After the 14 day grace period, we will not be able to offer store credit. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price as well as shipping. The restocking fee and shipping will also be applied to undeliverable products.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether or not your return is eligible for store credit. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to have Store Credit. If your return is approved, your store credit will be processed immediately and will be immediately available. Your store credit can be used for anything in the WoyStore. Gift cards, health and personal care items are non-returnable.
